ABOUT
A small team that prefers written scope to spoken assurance.
Who we are
Builders who document
Build & Rise is a construction practice handling residential and small commercial work: consultation, approvals liaison, design coordination, execution, and handover. We keep the team deliberately small so one person answers for your site at any stage.
We make no claim here about founding dates, awards, or project counts — those are published only when they can be verified and approved for display. What we state instead is method: measured study, written scope, stage-wise checks, documented handover.
An honest distinction
Our responsibility vs. separate approvals
| Build & Rise carries | Issued separately by authorities / third parties |
|---|---|
| Preparing drawings, files, and follow-ups for approval | Sanction / permission itself, and its timeline |
| Itemised estimate with assumptions and exclusions | Bank loan sanction and valuation decisions |
| Execution quality at each documented stage | Third-party testing lab certificates (arranged, not issued by us) |
| Snag closure within the recorded observation window | Utility connections granted by supply agencies |
Where a permission or certificate is issued by someone else, we say so in writing and track it openly instead of implying control we do not have.
Working method
The seven stages every project passes through
First conversation
You describe the plot, the purpose, and the budget range. We listen before we propose.
Site study
Visit, measurements, access, soil and surroundings noted. Documents listed honestly.
Approvals path
Which permissions apply, which drawings are needed, and who issues what — stated in writing.
Design freeze
Plans fixed and signed before execution so changes stay deliberate, not accidental.
Estimate & agreement
Itemised scope, payment stages, and exclusions recorded. No verbal-only promises.
Construction & checks
Stage-wise execution with checklists you or your representative can verify on site.
Handover
Walkthrough, snag closure, and documents handed over together — not piecemeal.
